The Four Elements

The elements are beyond rational explanation.

They must be experienced to be understood.

I invite you to feel your Body, To Be aware of your mind and choices and to Be conscious about your choice to a full experience of the nature in-side and outside Using the moving as the Center of Your Balance.

As we move we recognize our nature, we remember our essence and infinite capacity for action – stimuli-force-art – movement.

We share with the animals: Culture, Expression of emotions fear, desire, panic, affection, embarrassment, and many other feelings.

During the class we stimulate the senses and we explore in:

  • Joy

  • Control body

  • Memory

  • Self- awareness

  • Build muscles and good bases of locomotor skills
  • Abstract and logical thinking
  • Increase Muscular endurance
  • Intelligence: Use both hemispheres of the brain (prove with biofeedback)

AIR – Flexibility

Prepare the energy system to improve mobility, flow, stretch muscles and tendons , increase range of motion of our joints and use in a very natural and harmonic way the organic , nervous and Psychological functions of our precious Body.
